                  The impulsive approach to motivate players in recent times, largely due to the support of the TNBA and the official sponsor of the CDBA 'Velammal Educational Trust' has resulted in the substantial increase in financial aid to all the players who have fared well at District/State/National/International tournaments. The game changing announcement being the 'travel allowance scheme for Main draw players' for National level Tournaments. The accomplishments, albeit the lack of world class training centres has made heads turn and with all the latest developments, there is no doubt in my mind that world class players will emerge in the imminent future.
